Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to our Coffee Shop Loyalty Card Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This program is designed to reward our loyal customers and is governed by the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Program Overview

  • Offer: Purchase nine (9) cups of coffee and receive the 10th cup free.

  • Eligible Coffee: The free coffee is limited to a specified type of coffee, which will be indicated on your loyalty card.

  • Redemption: Only one (1) loyalty card can be redeemed per person for a free coffee.
     

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • The loyalty card is available to customers who make purchases at our coffee shop.

    • Customers must be 18 years or older to participate.

  2. Loyalty Card Issuance

    • A loyalty card will be issued upon request after the first qualifying purchase.

    • The loyalty card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive a stamp.

  3. Card Usage

    • The loyalty card is valid for in-store purchases only.

    • The loyalty card is non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom it was issued.

    • Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

  4. Redemption

    • Upon the purchase of nine (9) cups of coffee, the customer will receive the 10th cup free.

    • The free coffee is limited to the specified type of coffee as indicated on the card.

    • The free coffee must be redeemed within the validity period of the loyalty card.

    • Only one (1) loyalty card can be redeemed per person per visit.

  5. Non-Transferability

    • The loyalty card cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other item.

  6. Expiration and Validity

    • The loyalty card is valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.

    • Any unused stamps will expire at the end of the validity period.

  7. Amendments and Termination

    • The coffee shop reserves the right to amend or terminate the loyalty card program at any time without prior notice.

    • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated via in-store notices or our website.

  8. Compliance with the CPA

    • This loyalty card program complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act.

    • Any disputes or complaints arising from this program will be handled in accordance with the CPA.

  9. Privacy and Data Protection

    • Personal information collected as part of this loyalty program will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program.

    • We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
