Shipping Policy

Welcome to Stereo Coffee Roasters' shipping policy section. We understand the importance of providing our customers with timely and reliable shipping methods, which is why we offer a variety of options to meet your needs. Our packaging is designed to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

When will I receive my order?

Stereo Coffee Roasters uses third party courier companies to handle our deliveries excluding our local pickup points and local deliveries. We have no control over delays in shipping once the order has been collected from our premises and cannot make any special arrangements for customers with third party couriers. To ensure you parcel arrives without delay, please ensure that the correct shipping details have been entered and that someone will be available to take delivery of your parcel. Shipping does not take place over weekends or on designated South African public holidays and any orders received over these days will only be processed on the next working day. We do however endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible but cannot provide specific delivery times.
 

National Shipping: We offer free shipping for national clients for orders over R650. For orders under R650, a flat rate shipping fee of R145 will be applied.


Local Delivery: We offer free delivery for local orders within a 13km radius of the roastery, for orders over (R). For orders below (R), a local delivery charge of R30 is applied. The rate is automatically calculated applied based on the delivery address supplied.

 

Please note: If there is no immediately available roasted coffee stock, the coffee ordered will be shipped as soon as that coffee is roasted again - however we try to ensure that there is always enough freshly roasted stock available of all coffee orders. If there is a delay, we will communicate this with you.

All equipment orders may take 5-10 days to reach you as these are dispatched from external warehouses and are dependent on stock availability. We try our best to dispatch all orders in a timely manner.

Does Stereo Coffee Roasters ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not distribute our products outside the borders of South Africa. If you are an international visitor to our site, you are welcome to purchase if you would like to gift items and have them delivered to a South African address.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Stereo Coffee Roasters, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality coffee and products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We also offer a 90-day warranty on all of our professional coffee equipment.
