1. That Nine Bar Holdings CC t/a Stereo Coffee Roasters and it's affiliated companies my contact you for the purposes of providing you with information regarding their services which may include a news letter from time to time and for providing you with quotations and invoices. 
 

 

2. Information stored through this form is electronic only and no hard copies are kept. Information is entered into their accounting software for the purposes of quotations and billing and their email marketing system for the sole purpose of marketing their services.
 

 

3. You are aware and understand your rights as a data subject and will be able to access, delete and modify your Personal Information according to the provisions of the POPI Act.

Privacy & Safety

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from stereocoffee.co.za (the “Site”). 

Personal information we collect

STEREO COFFEE ROASTERS LOYALTY PROGRAMME
  1. The promotor of this loyalty programme is Nine Bar Holdings CC t/a Stereo Coffee Roasters, a Closed Corporation incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa with registration number 2011/057301/23 and registered address at 30 Brebner Road, Westdene, Bloemfontein, 9301.

  2. These terms and conditions may contain terms and conditions which may limit the risk or liability of the promotor or third party. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to, or must be understood to unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the entrant (customer) or promotor in terms of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (the CPA)

  3. Customers can download the BrewPerks Loyalty App which lists Stereo Coffee Roasters among their listed coffee shops at our coffee shop located in Victorian Square, 31 Second Avenue, Westdene, Bloemfontein. You may be expected to provide your name, surname and contact information to be registered on as a user on the BrewPerks App.

  4. Customers will make use of the loyalty program by presenting their registered loyalty card within the BrewPerks App with each purchase. The card will contain 10 slots, each being marked when a customer purchases a coffee beverage. The card includes a "Streak" feature which rewards clients who purchase coffee (You will only be able to present one card and earn one slot per coffee beverage ordered.)

  5. When earning your 10th slot or when completing a Streak, you may choose between the following benefits:

    • One free Espresso / Cortado / Americano / Cappuccino / Flat White / Caffè Latte (no extras)

  6. Loyalty rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  7. You will not be able to redeem the above-mentioned benefit if your loyalty card has been in any way, altered, amended, defaced or photocopied, or any of the marks made are not that of Stereo Coffee Roasters.

  8. The Loyalty Programme can be discontinued without notice upon the discretion of the management of Stereo Coffee Roasters. Upon cancellation of this programme, all loyalty rewards and accrued stamps will be immediately voided.

  9. The promotion will run up to 31 December 2025

International Coffee Day Promotion 2025

  1. Promotion Details

    • The Buy One, Get One Free (BOGOF) promotion is valid only on Tuesday, 1 October 2025, in celebration of International Coffee Day.

    • To qualify, customers must download and register on the BrewPrks Loyalty App and load the Stereo Coffee Roasters loyalty card before redeeming the offer.

  2. Eligible Beverages

    • The free coffee applies exclusively to the following beverages:

      • Espresso

      • Cortado

      • Americano

      • Cappuccino

      • Flat White

      • Caffè Latte

    • The offer excludes flavoured coffee drinks, hot chocolate, chai latte, or any other beverages.

  3. Redemption Rules

    • Each customer may redeem the offer once only on the promotion day.

    • The lowest-priced eligible coffee will be given as the free item.

    • The offer is valid for in-store purchases only at Stereo Café, Westdene, Bloemfontein.

    • This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards.

  4. General

    • Stereo Café reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

    • In the event of a dispute, the decision of Stereo Café will be final.
